Following discussions at its Council meeting last month, the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation (GEF) has announced the composition of its Disciplinary Commission and Appeal Tribunal for the upcoming 2021 – 2024 term.
The Disciplinary Commission and the Appeal Tribunal both form part of the GEF’s Disciplinary Section. The Appeal Tribunal hears and decides appeals lodged by any federation, gymnast, judge, or other person directly affected by a decision of the Disciplinary Commission, the FIG Congress, or the GEF Council; and hears and decides appeals against sanctions imposed during competitions.
